I moved to San Diego from New York in 2010 in search of a great city to raise a family, and it was the best move I've ever made. I can safely say I'm a San Diego resident for life!
A quick bio:
I grew up in Singapore, went to law school at the National University of Singapore (consistently ranked in the top 20 law schools in the world), and specialized in litigation and shipping law before moving to the East Coast. I was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2008 before moving to San Diego upon the birth of my first child.
In San Diego, I gained experience in real estate investment and construction, rebuilding from the inside out - no flips! I have experience in real estate investment profit analysis, construction estimation, and city and county building codes - invaluable to providing insights to my clients. I have lived in many neighborhoods in San Diego, including Point Loma, La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, Hillcrest, Normal Heights, and currently Carmel Valley.
I am multicultural, speak Mandarin, and am a great go-between for buyers and sellers who speak different languages, and have a large referral network which I continually nurture. I am also a mediator certified by the National Conflict Resolution Center. In my few spare moments I like to indulge in reading, cooking, woodworking, indie films, entertaining, and the occasional spin class.
Given my background in law, construction and investment, I'm well-equipped to help with the infinitely exciting but sometimes complicated process of buying or selling. I'll get your contracts right!
